ABOUT
A field guide for finance teams working with AI.
I'm Gyan, a Strategic Finance professional with experience across operating finance, early-stage venture investing, investment banking, and entrepreneurship.
I started Blue Font as a way to document my own experience using AI across my day-to-day work. It was a bare-bones public repository for the experiments I was running, what I was learning, and the nuances I kept running into along the way.
What began as a personal documentation hub in Notion has since evolved into what Blue Font is today: a resource for understanding how AI actually fits into the day-to-day work of finance teams. Not broad predictions about how AI will transform finance, but practical examples of where it can make the work faster, better, or easier.
Most of what you'll find here comes from testing AI against real finance problems, talking with other operators, and documenting what works, what doesn't, and where human judgment still matters.
The goal is to create the resource I would want as a finance professional trying to get better at using AI. If you leave after reading an article or two with a new workflow, idea, or piece of knowledge you can apply to your own work, Blue Font has done its job.
